Terms and Conditions

This is a translation for convenience. In case of doubt, the Polish version prevails, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.

1. General

1. The online shop BestSellers at bestsellers.com.pl (the “Shop”) is run by Patryk Staryczenkow, ul. Wysockiego 9/1, 27-200 Starachowice, Poland, email: biuro@bestsellers.com.pl (the “Seller”).

2. The Seller runs an unregistered activity under Article 5 of the Polish Act of 6 March 2018 – Entrepreneurs' Law, and is therefore not entered in the business register (CEIDG).

3. These Terms set out the rules for using the Shop, placing orders, delivery, payment, withdrawal and complaints.

2. Definitions

Customer – a person or entity placing an order in the Shop. Consumer – a natural person buying for purposes not directly related to their business or profession. Contract – a distance sales contract concluded via the Shop.

3. Technical requirements

You need an internet-connected device, an up-to-date browser with JavaScript and cookies enabled, and an active email address.

4. Orders

1. Product information in the Shop is an invitation to conclude a contract.

2. To order, add products to the cart, enter your delivery and contact details, choose delivery and payment, and click the button confirming the order with an obligation to pay.

3. After placing the order you receive an order confirmation email. The contract is concluded when you receive it.

5. Prices and payment

1. Prices are shown in Polish zloty and, for customers from other EU countries, may be shown in euro. Prices are final. Delivery costs are shown before you place the order.

2. Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Payment is made in advance.

3. If payment is not received within 3 days, the Seller may cancel the order and will notify you by email.

6. Delivery

1. We deliver to Poland and to all other EU member states.

2. Delivery within Poland costs 14.99 PLN, free from 200 PLN. Delivery to other EU countries costs 24.99 PLN (or the equivalent in euro), free from 300 PLN.

3. Delivery takes 7–14 business days within Poland and 10–20 business days to other EU countries, counted from payment. Some products are shipped directly from our suppliers' warehouses, including outside Poland.

4. After dispatch you receive an email with a tracking number.

7. Right of withdrawal

1. As a consumer you may withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the product. It is enough to send your statement before the deadline.

2. Send your statement by email to biuro@bestsellers.com.pl or by post, optionally using the model form on the Returns and complaints page.

3. Return the product to the address given in our reply, no later than 14 days after withdrawal. You bear the direct cost of returning the product.

4. We refund all payments received, including the cost of the cheapest delivery option offered, within 14 days of receiving your statement, using the same payment method. We may withhold the refund until we receive the product or proof of its return.

5. You are liable for any diminished value of the product resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.

6. The right of withdrawal does not apply in the cases listed in Article 38 of the Polish Consumer Rights Act, in particular sealed goods unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed after delivery.

8. Complaints (lack of conformity)

1. The Seller is liable to consumers for the conformity of goods with the contract if the lack of conformity becomes apparent within 2 years of delivery.

2. Submit complaints by email to biuro@bestsellers.com.pl or by post, ideally with the order number, a description, photos and your request (repair, replacement, price reduction or withdrawal).

3. We respond within 14 days. If we do not respond within that time, the complaint is deemed accepted.

4. If the complaint is accepted, the Seller covers the shipping costs.

9. Out-of-court dispute resolution

Consumers may contact local consumer ombudsmen or consumer organisations. Consumers from other EU countries may contact the European Consumer Centre in their country.

10. Personal data

The Seller is the controller of Customers' personal data. See our Privacy Policy.

11. Final provisions

1. Polish law applies. This choice of law does not deprive a consumer from another EU country of the protection afforded by the mandatory provisions of the law of their country of habitual residence.

2. These Terms do not limit consumer rights under mandatory law.

3. These Terms apply from 19 September 2026.
