• Poland: 14.99 PLN, free from 200 PLN, 7–14 business days.
• Other EU countries: 24.99 PLN (approx. €5.90), free from 300 PLN (approx. €70), 10–20 business days.
• Delivery time is counted from payment.
• Tracking: after dispatch we email you a tracking number.

Some products are shipped directly from our suppliers' warehouses, including outside Poland, so delivery may take longer than from a local warehouse. Orders with several products may arrive in separate parcels at no extra cost.

Available payment methods are shown at checkout. We process orders once payment is received. Prices are final and shipping costs are shown before you place your order.

14-day returns

As a consumer you can withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the product.

How to return a product

1. Email biuro@bestsellers.com.pl within 14 days of receiving your parcel. Include your order number and state that you are withdrawing from the contract. You may use the model form below, but you don't have to.
2. We will reply with the return address.
3. Send the product back within 14 days of your statement. You pay the return shipping.
4. We refund all payments received, including the cost of the cheapest delivery option, within 14 days of receiving your statement, using the same payment method. We may withhold the refund until we receive the product or proof of its return.

You are liable for any diminished value if you use the product beyond checking its nature, characteristics and functioning.

Complaints

We are liable for the conformity of the product with the contract for 2 years from delivery. If the product is faulty or not as described:

• email biuro@bestsellers.com.pl with your order number, a description of the problem and photos,
• tell us what you request: repair, replacement, price reduction or withdrawal,
• we respond within 14 days; if we don't, the complaint is deemed accepted,
• if the complaint is accepted, we cover the shipping costs.
